The average cost of an extension in London is £2,500-£3,500 per square meter, which are usually without important features such as doors, foundations, flooring or insulation, but an Echo+ installation can cost as little as £3,000 inc. VAT per square meter with all of these features included.

Estimated, obfuscatory, and vague pricing can often result in unsatisfactory results, needing extra work and spiraling costs, but with the Echo+, all its standard features are included in one package, transparent with fixed prices customisable to your specifications before any work starts.

New technologies such as SIPs with EPS insulation are used to make its thermal envelope, minimising thermal bridging and maximising thermal performance.


SIPs are used in residential housing and extensions across the UK as timber-type extensions. SIPs and modern building techniques are proving to be more thermally efficient, faster to build, and more affordable to build than traditional building methods, including brick & block.
